Role Summary

As Enterprise Sales Manager you are responsible for seeking new business opportunities, selling our IT Professional Services and cybersecurity solutions to potential customers in the United States, initiating and building favorable professional client relationships at key accounts with a goal to achieving revenue and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for individual sales, revenue and gross profit targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Use extensive knowledge and understanding of solutions and services offered by Infodata to close on new business opportunities with focus on the financial services sector, Oil an Gas etc. Solutions include Security (Cybersecurity), Infrastructure, Services and Applications (see Company Profile Document and website; www.infodataproserv.com for more information regarding our solutions and services.
  • Generate Leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, social media marketing and other lead generation strategies and take responsibility for finding potential clients who may benefit from Infodata’s services and solutions.
  • Communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal technical teams to find suitable solutions that best fit the individual needs of the customer.
  • Give sales presentations to propose solutions. Articulate the benefits of Infodata’s services and solutions to potential clients, explaining how their buisness productivity, security and efficiency can be improved using our IT managed services.
  • Take responsibility for negotiating terms and pricing of deals and successfully close on contracts to maximize profits
  • Close deals and get clients to sign up on Infodata’s services to earn commission
  • Establish, nurture and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satistfaction and identifying possible areas to upsell, cross-sell, generate repeat business or referals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, other strategic partners, and stakeholders
  • Track and keep detailed reports of sales activities
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work with the technical pre-sales and Services teams to prepare bids/proposals that address customers’ needs.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring POCS are delivered to customers successfully.
  • Liaise between customers and the technical team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions and services in accordance client requirements
  • Update the sales pipeline 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of B2B cybersecurity and IT enterprise sales experience
  • Ability to identify opportunities and match solutions to needs
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
  • Proven experience and success as an Account Manager or other relevant role
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Pay
  • Commission on sales generated per deal acquired

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve annual individual new business revenue target – $1,000,000
  • Achieve average Gross Profit Margin target of 17% on transactions closed
  • Invoicing – timely delivery of invoices to customers 24 – 48 hours after sign-off date
  • Collection – follow up on payments in accordance with payment terms
  • 80% of transaction value of pipeline must show as commit deals
